If you ordered flat work with a frame, it may take an additional day or so to pack it so it will not break in transit. All purchases are insured against damage.

Some customers have a "special email" for purchases though paypal. Check that first before reaching out. We ship to the address tied to that paypal account, so if you've recently moved and did not update your address in paypal, CONTACT US ASAP.
